Charting a green future! DC South Karachi Altaf Saario and HF Project Manager Mr. Naheem Shah visit Kharadar Library, part of the eco-friendly makeover at Kharadar Chowk. The library is housed in a structure previously used as a Police Chowki, a heritage building that was left to neglect and ruin.
