On November 19th, 2020, the barefoot entrepreneurs in Makli are making Kashi tiles and will be selling them for about Rs. 10-20 max, with 10 women predicted to make Rs. 7,000 to 8,000 per month.

On November 18th, 2020, site work on Mariott road continues. Four new manholes are installed by KWSB and the process of covering underground cable trenches with bamboo panels has been initiated.
On November 24th, 2020, the DMC Douth Team is carrying out removal of existing pavement as well as any steps or floors that are built / projected out of the building lines. All residents and shop owners have been kindly requested to cooperate with them.

On November 11th 2020, Ar. Yasmeen Lari conducted a meeting at Denso Hall with representatives from Karachi Waterboard. They reviewed the work of water and sewerage drainage pipes that are being carried out at Mariott road.
One manhole and sub manhole has been constructed. On request of Ar. Yasmeen Lari, they have agreed on forming another two new manholes to replace two old ones.
Heritage Foundation has also started to cover the trenches and look to began working on covering the pavements with eco-friendly terracotta tiles.

On November 10th, 2020 site work at The Tomb of Mirza Jan Baba, conducted by on-site supervisor, Mommal, and local youth of Makili WH (and neighboring villages) continues on a daily basis. Local COVID-19 SOPs are being followed and implemented. Two of the youth from the documentation team, Shiblaan, and Arbaaz have had to step back but we are joined by two new members, Shakeelaa and Syed Ameer Shah.
The daily documentation is being sent to the HF office on a regular basis and is being filed and drawn up into rendered line drawings by HF‘s Hafsa Syed.

On November 6th, 2020 the first on-site photographic documentation of the patterned panels within the Tomb of Janaba in Makli took place. Supervisor Mommal Memon assisted the youth groups in reading and understanding labeled architectural drawings, locating the corresponding panel on-site, and measuring and recording each panel in a methodical manner.
